Askeri house is a traditional, independent 

40 tm apartment on the first floor. Equipped with all modern amenities can accommodate up to 2 adults and a baby child in a room with a separate bedroom. It has a built-in double bed, living room and kitchen which is fully equipped, with built-in hobs and a small dining area. The interiors are completed by a small separate bathroom with shower, built with forged cement.

 

The decor is simple. In the house you will find

air conditioning/heating, 24/7 Wi-Fi access, TV, hairdryer, iron - ironing board and continuous hot water. Linen and towels are provided as well as housekeeping. 

 

In the large outside terrace, there is a seating area overlooking the Aegean Sea, and the islands opposite. The shared garden of the lower level which is surrounded by green fences with succulents is ideal for children. 

 

In case you would like to bring your pet, let us know in advance. Please remember to throw away the garbage before you leave the property and not to waste a lot of water as it comes from the desalination plant in the region and is valuable.
