Bonora complex is built on the edge of the traditional village of Finikia in Oia Santorini. The complex is surrounded by fields and vineyards while the pedestrian area separates it from the small churches and old houses of the village.

 

The place was formerly a traditional farmhouse with raki  and wine production area, which has been renovated in small houses maintaining the old architecture. Equipped with all modern amenities easily illustrates the history of the former winery from the arrangement of spaces and the simplicity of the decor. Outside, maintained the old oven and cistern for the use of water in plants of the garden.

 

The building is divided into two floors. Three independent  houses, fully equipped, with their courtyards, share the garden and the particular features of it, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the nearest islands of Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros.

 

The houses are fully furnished self-catering apartments. There are two large cave houses on the groundfloor and one smaller on the first floor. The free front shared garden, which  is surrounded by natural fence with succulents, is  ideal for children, relaxation and quiet evenings.

 

Bonora is located in the protected settlement, away  from  tourist development, crowds and noise. No cars are allowed  inside the village's narrow streets, and so donkeys are used for basic transports and garbage collection needs. The house is located just 200 meters from the public parking lot and 300 meters from bus stop on the main road. Very close is extended the beautiful village of Oia and the quiet northern beaches of the island.
